Mexican Rice
Rice was outstanding and really made the meal come to life! Cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned, and good amount of veggies in it.
Trio of Tacos
We had a few different varieties of tacos. All of them were excellent. Even my slightly picky eater 8 year old loved them. The next day I sauteed up the left over carnitas for an omlette. So good.
